David is the Global Master Trainer and an Executive Master Practitioner with Business Consultants (BCon) Incorporated headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. Education includes: Bachelor of Science in Education from Minnesota State University, Master of Science in Counseling from Troy University, and two years additional graduate studies in counseling, leadership, and theology. Professional experience includes: behavioral health counselor for four years, training director for four years, master trainer and senior master trainer in applied behavioral sciences since 1984. David was mentored by Dr. Stuart Atkins, creator of Life Orientations®, throughout three decades.
The Human Graph activity, LIFO® Team Profile process, and LIFO Total Feedback process were created by David. He coauthored Accountability Circles Training (ACT) with Dr. Stuart Atkins, and coauthored numerous Life Orientations Participant Guides, Summary Reports, and Surveys.
David has facilitated Life Orientations Certifications and Accountability Circles Certifications with more than 2,000 professionals from more than 500 organizations worldwide.

Mark was introduced to LIFO in 2004 and used it as a strength development tool for all the teams he managed. Following his corporate career Mark has used LIFO® over the last 13 years in his own consultancy business primarily as a Sales Application alongside Leadership programs in the corporate B2B market.
He has developed particular expertise in how the LIFO® tool can be applied to the sales world through adaptive selling. He has written multiple articles and presented at Seminars and Exhibitions in the UK featuring the LIFO® process and developed a range of new LIFO® sales materials now used globally. He is a LIFO® Master Trainer & Coach and in partnership with Bruce Rowling became the UK joint Licensee Partner in October 2022.
